What is the RVF?
Les Rendez-vous de la Francophonie (RVF), one of the cultural events organized in celebration of International Francophonie Day (March 20), is held annually to promote the French language and its many expressions across Canada.
The RVF will be holding its 28th edition in 2026! It is an initiative of the Dialogue Network whose mission is to engage in lasting dialogue within the Francophonie and with all of Canada’s diverse communities, in a spirit of collaboration.
From March 1 to 31, Canada will be celebrating its Francophonie! Hundreds of activities will take place across the country, including multicultural gatherings, performances, film screenings, contests and educational activities—it’s all cause to celebrate!
The RVF is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate together!
