Receive a microgrant for your 2027 Rendez-vous de la Francophonie activity!
Are you a non-profit organization in a Francophone minority community in Canada? Are you planning an activity that celebrates and promotes the 2027 Rendez-vous de la Francophonie? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
To help community organizations (particularly those in rural areas) reach new audiences and promote the 2027 RVF across Canada, the Dialogue Network is offering microgrants from $1,000 to $2,000, on the basis of certain criteria and the scope of the activity.
Organizations that receive a microgrant must ensure that they give the RVF and the Government of Canada visibility in all their communications (logos, posters, acknowledgements, etc.) and submit a short activity report, including the number of participants, an assessment of the impacts and at least one photo.
Eligibility criteria
- Be a non-profit organization offering French or bilingual activities
- Have headquarters in Canada but outside of Quebec
- Plan to hold an activity between March 1 and 31, 2027
- Promote the Canadian Francophonie
- Complete the microgrant application form on the RVF website.
Assessment criteria
- Originality of the proposed activity
- Expected results
- Relevance of the activity and recruitment strategies for the target audience
- Level of visibility (local, regional, provincial, etc.)
- Changes to an existing activity, if applicable
The platform will launch on August 28, 2026
Deadline
Apply online at reseaudialogue.smapply.ca by November 14, 2026. Successful applicants will be contacted by December 18, 2026.

This online poetry performance by female writers included poets from Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta, as well as poets who have immigrated to Canada, and introduced their work to an audience of over 200 people across the country.

You can apply in partnership with a cultural center or local organization, but the application must be submitted by the cultural center or local organization.
